Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the purchase at a fixed shipping distance, as well as the
approximate cost of the box or other container used for shipping. As of today, August 27, 2008, the least
expensive shipping method with a tracking system and $100 free insurance is Fed Ex. I plan to mail all items
